This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for audits, monthly link-building programs, and one-off SEO projects.

We aim for clarity before you pay. Because much of our work involves third-party publisher fees and labour upfront, refund eligibility depends on what has already been delivered.

Scope
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased directly from Toplinker.io. Custom enterprise agreements may include different terms stated in your signed contract.
Free audits
Initial site audits offered on our website are free and not billed. No refund applies.
Monthly programs
Monthly link-building plans are billed in advance for the upcoming cycle. You may cancel future renewals with 30 days' written notice before the next billing date.
Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once work for that period has started, including research, outreach, content production, or committed publisher slots.
One-off projects
For fixed-scope projects, refunds are available only if we have not begun delivery. Once outreach, writing, or placement work has started, fees for completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable.
Publisher and placement issues
If a live backlink is removed by a publisher within 90 days through no fault of the client, we will replace it or provide equivalent value according to your plan, not a cash refund.
We do not refund for ranking or traffic fluctuations, algorithm updates, or factors outside our control.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
How to request a refund
Email info@toplinker.io with your invoice number, service plan, and reason for the request. We review requests within 5 business days and respond with approval, partial credit, or an explanation.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
