Agreement

By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

For business clients, a separate statement of work (SOW) or order form may apply. If there is a conflict, the signed SOW prevails for that project.

Services

Toplinker provides white-hat link-building, guest posting, SEO audits, content, and related digital marketing services as described on our website or in your proposal.

Deliverables, timelines, link volumes, and reporting frequency are defined in your plan or SOW. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and timely approvals.
• Ensure you have authority to authorise work on the websites you submit.
• Not use our services for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited industries without prior written approval.
• Review and approve content or placements where agreed in your plan.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in GBP or USD as stated on our pricing page or invoice. Monthly programs are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may pause work. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, and unpublished research. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for your project (e.g. approved guest post copy) for your business purposes.

Our website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Toplinker.io.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

We may list your brand as a client or show anonymised results in marketing materials only with your permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site operation. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.

Third-party websites

Backlinks are placed on third-party publishers we do not control. While we vet donors and monitor live URLs, a publisher may later change or remove content. We will use reasonable efforts to restore or replace placements according to your plan terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toplinker.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or rankings.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly program with 30 days' written notice unless a different term is stated in your SOW. Fees for work already performed or committed placements are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
